Ousted Primera Energy owner suffers another setback in court

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Craig Gargotta ruled that a lawsuit filed by a group of angry investors against ousted Primera Energy owner Brian Alfaro will stay in his court. Attorneys for Alfaro had filed a motion seeking to move the lawsuit filed against him and his companies out of bankruptcy court and into arbitration.
