Pittsburgh record store owner charged in running criminal enterprise that stole $2M from local retailers
Criminal charges have been filed against a 50-year-old Allegheny County man accused of running a criminal enterprise that grossed more than $2 million. Anthony Cicero, 50, allegedly paid others to steal books and LEGO items from retail stores and later resold them on the Internet, the Office of Attorney General’s Organized Crime Section said Wednesday after presenting evidence to a statewide investigating grand jury.
