A Columbus law firm has shut its doors, with five of its attorneys joining Lane Alton & Horst LLC.
The Means Bichimer Burkholder & Baker Co. attorneys joined Lane Alton on Monday, said Greg Rankin, the Columbus firm's managing partner.
“Means Bichimer is going to wind down and dissolve,” Rankin told me. “We basically negotiated individual deals with each of their guys. But they strongly preferred to stay together.”
