N.J. man gets nearly 4 years in prison for defrauding an Atlanta financing company

New Jersey businessman Samuel Perez was sentenced Tuesday to three years and 10 months in federal prison for falsifying more than $6 million in accounts receivables and invoices that he sold to an Atlanta financing company.
