
New Jersey businessman Samuel Perez was sentenced Tuesday to three years and 10 months in federal prison for falsifying more than $6 million in accounts receivables and invoices that he sold to an Atlanta financing company.
According to U.S. Attorney John Horn, the charges, and other information presented in court: Perez, 38, owned and operated Comp Care Partners LLC, which managed occupational medical testing programs for other companies.
