
Boston-based law firm Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky & Popeo PC has decided to drop the European patent prosecution practice from its London office after the attorney who managed the outpost left to form his own boutique.
The move also comes after Cooley LLP hired away three of Mintz Levin’s intellectual property attorneys in London. Mintz Levin’s website now lists just four attorneys in the office, which opened in 2003.
