
Boston’s first medical marijuana dispensary will have to wait a little while longer to move forward after the applicant asked to defer a hearing with the Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday.
Patriot Care Corp. will return to the board on July 7 for a hearing on a conditional use permit for a medical marijuana dispensary at 21 Milk St. In the interim, the applicant’s attorney, Michael Ross, said conversations with the city are ongoing.
