Judge throws out lawsuit filed against Nike over Michael Jordan 'Jumpman' logo

A federal judge has dismissed a copyright infringement lawsuit filed by a photographer over Nike Inc.'s iconic "Jumpman" logo. New York photographer Jacobus Rentmeester sued Nike in January.
