Kinex Pharmaceuticals settles lawsuit against Lyn Dyster, a co-founder and former executive

Kinex Pharmaceuticals has reached a confidential settlement with Lyn Dyster, a co-founder and formerly one of the company’s top executives. The company, based at the Hauptman Woodward Medical Research Institute, filed a lawsuit against Dyster last year. It accused her of essentially helping two other companies, ANP Technologies and Fulgent Therapeutics, gain access to Kinex’s confidential application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regarding Oraxol.
