A Centennial man has been indicted for allegedly taking money from investors for oil and gas wells in Ohio but not telling them about all the risk or his past troubles with the law.
The Colorado Division of Securities and the Colorado Attorney General’s Office announced Thursday the indictment of Adam Edward Hirschfeld, 32, of Centennial for securities fraud.
