Vinik real estate team makes key hire

A local attorney has joined Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeff Vinik's real estate company. Kimberly Madison, a partner in the Tampa office of Adams and Reese LLP, will be the director of administration for Strategic Property Partners, the company said Friday.
