
Tempers flared and strong words were exchanged outside San Antonio's federal courthouse during a break for Primera Energy's bankruptcy hearing.
Primera Energy owner Brian Alfaro was in court with his attorney, Dean Greer, facing a cadre of attorneys representing angry investors and creditors.
The group of investors was in the courtroom, where their attorneys asked U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Craig Gargotta to appoint a trustee to oversee the company's bankruptcy proceedings.
