
A hearing involving the dome board’s lawsuit against the city of St. Louis is set to go before St. Louis Circuit Court Judge Thomas Frawley at 9 a.m. Friday.
The lawsuit, filed in April by the St. Louis Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority (RSA), seeks a ruling that the city may contribute tax money to a new stadium without a public vote.
