
Yesterday's Oregon Supreme Court decision to overturn state retiree pension system reforms has left governments scrambling to find funds for planned public programs.
In Salem, that means lawmakers will begin jostling to get cost savings bills in front of their peers before the 2015 session ends this summer. To that end, Rep. Tobias Read is pushing House Bill 2733, which he introduced earlier this year.
