The Michaels Development Co. will build senior living complex in Honolulu's Chinatown

The City and County of Honolulu has chosen The Michaels Development Co. to develop a $49 million affordable senior rental housing project in Chinatown. A selection committee made the decision to enter into negotiations with the developer to build the Halewaiolu Residences at the corner of River Street and Vineyard Boulevard.
