NYC entrepreneur arrested for swindling would-be CrossFit investors

A serial entrepreneur who allegedly told investors he was raising money so that he could own and operate several CrossFit training centers in New York and New Jersey, has been arrested on charges of wire fraud, with prosecutors saying he scammed his funders out of more than $2 million.
