Moses & Pate adds a third attorney

Moses & Pate has added its third attorney. Richard Paugh recently joined the firm to practice in business law, wills, trusts and estate planning. Criminal law also is one of Paugh’s practice areas. Paugh, a Wichita native, is a licensed attorney in Kansas and Oklahoma. He obtained his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
