
Korean car maker Kia and its oldest dealership in Tennessee are going through a bad break-up.
Nashville Post reports that Clarksville's Gary Mathews Kia is suing the carmaker, after the dealership received notice in February 2013 that its franchise agreement would end in three months because of disappointing sales.
The dealership, which is suing for breach of contract, disputes Kia's claims of slow sales and having insufficient Kia-certified mechanics. The dealership is seeking damages and costs,…
