Dorian Johnson, the man who was with Michael Brown during his fatal encounter with then Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson, last week filed a lawsuit against the city of Ferguson, former Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson and Wilson.
In the lawsuit, filed in St. Louis County Circuit Court, Johnson describes the now infamous encounter Aug. 9 on Canfield Drive, saying he and Brown ran away from Wilson after Wilson shot Brown in the arm.
