Bank intervenes in McEagle lawsuit with creditor

A St. Charles Circuit Court Judge on Friday granted a motion by Triad Bank, a lender to McEagle Properties LLC, to intervene in a lawsuit between McEagle and another creditor. Titan Fish Two LLC is seeking to have a receiver appointed for McEagle property so it can learn the scope of the O’Fallon company’s assets. McEagle is owned by the McKee family.
