The popular Pennsylvania-based chain Wawa has submitted site plans for a previously unannounced second store in Jacksonville, which will be located near the St. Johns Town Center.The plan puts the store at Town Center and Gate parkways on the Preferred Growth Properties location named The Strand. PGP closed on 45 developable acres of property there in March for $46.95 million.
