Class action lawsuit filed against Code Rebel

An investor has filed a class action lawsuit in federal court against Maui software developer Code Rebel Corp., which, along with an investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, could lead to three possible negative outcomes for the startup, according to Mike Purpura, a partner at the Honolulu law firm Carlsmith Ball.
