The Lynnwood-based lawyer who allegedly sent sexist and hostile emails to the five female Seattle City Council members is already facing a two-and-a-half year suspension from the Washington State Bar Association after a female client accused him of sexual assault.Documents released to the Puget Sound Business Journal revealed the bar recommended in September to suspend Jason M. Feldman from practicing law because of the client's allegation. He is currently appealing the decision.
