An independent investigation from two Philadelphia lawyers released Thursday found that Baylor University admitted that administrators discouraged reports of sexual assault on campus and even went as far as to retaliate against one accuser.The response to the report from Gina Maisto Smith and Leslie Gomez of Pepper Hamilton – the Texas school's board of regents fired football coach Art Briles, sanctioned athletic director Ian McCaw, and removed Kenneth Starr as president.
