External review: No conflict of interest or tainted bidding process in $9M Phoenix land deal

An outside legal review of a proposed $9 million Phoenix land deal and the bidding process conducted by the city for that redevelopment project has found no conflicts of interests or undo influence by City Councilman Michael Nowakowski.
