In-N-Out Burger sues Bay Area food delivery startup

One Bay Area food delivery startup is in trouble with California fast-food giant In-N-Out Burger. In-N-Out has filed a lawsuit against Palo Alto-based food delivery service DoorDash, which makes money by delivering meals from restaurants and fast-food joints and charging a delivery fee.
