Colorado Attorney General Cynthia Coffman has fired back at Gov. John Hickenlooper in their dispute over the new federal Clean Power Plan targeting power plant emissions.
Coffman late Friday asked the Colorado Supreme Court to deny a petition Hickenlooper filed Nov. 4, challenging Coffman's right to join a multi-state lawsuit seeking to block the federal plan.
