Court: Dark Horse Distillery must change brand name

Dark Horse Distillery LLC will have to change its brand by year's end after a federal court issued a permanent injunction against the Lenexa company for infringing on a trademark owned by E. & J. Gallo Winery. The distillery recently received a permit from a U.S. Treasury Department division to change its name to Union Horse Distilling Co. LLC.
