Denver hearings on EPA's Clean Power Plan draw a crowd

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday held the first of a two-day set of hearings on the new federal “Clean Power Plan.” The plan's target is to cut carbon dioxide pollution nationwide by 32 percent by 2030, compared to 2005 levels.
