Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper filed a petition Wednesday with the state Supreme Court challenging Colorado Attorney General Cynthia Coffman and her decision to join a multi-state lawsuit challenging the new federal Clean Power Plan targeting power plant emissions.
Hickenlooper warned last week that he would take his dispute with the state's top legal officer before the high court.
