Two more Forest Park Medical Center hospitals have filed for Chapter 11 protection in the latest twist for the financially beleaguered chain of upscale doctor-owned hospitals.
Forest Park Medical Center’s hospitals in Dallas and Fort Worth were slated for foreclosure auction on Dec. 1 until the Chapter 11 filing late Monday. A federal jury on Wednesday convicted San Antonio businessman Robert Warren Scully, 70, in a $3.9 million tax fraud scheme, U.S. Attorney Richard L. Durbin Jr. announced.
