The first building of the $1.05 billion Brickell City Centre project in Miami is set to open soon as the massive project comes on line piece by piece.The city granted a temporary certificate of occupancy to Swire Properties for its 130,000-square-foot office building called Three Brickell City Centre on Jan. 27. On the weekends of Feb. 12 and Feb. 19, law firm Akerman will move into its 108,000 square feet of space there, relocating from a downtown Miami building.
