The Texas Supreme Court has sided with a saltwater disposal company in an "underground trespassing" lawsuit filed by a Texas landowner.
The case — FPL Farming Ltd. vs Environmental Processing Systems LC — had been pending in the Texas Supreme Court since December 2012.
FPL Farming sued to stop an underground disposal site set up by Environmental Processing Systems on neighboring land likening the saltwater disposal to "underground trespassing."
