An Arizona appeals court has upheld a previous $13.7 million home defect judgment against Del Webb Communities Inc. and its parent company Pulte Group Inc.
The Arizona Court of Appeals issued the ruling Tuesday over homeowner lawsuits brought in Sun City Grand.
Plaintiffs' attorney Stephen Weber said the defects included defective windows, poorly installed stucco and expanding soil around the homes that led to drywall cracks and foundation problems.
