A former Delta Air Lines Inc. employee was sentenced to six years and eight months in prison for his role in a scheme to defraud Northwest Airlines Corp. and Delta of more than $36 million.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, 57-year-old Paul Anderson of Apple Valley and his co-defendant, 62-year-old Michael Yedor of Los Angeles, submitted false invoices to Atlanta-based Delta and Eagan-based Northwest for work that was not performed.
