The Accardi brothers have added to their portfolio of downtown Tampa real estate.
Twins Jason and John Accardi said Thursday that they have acquired the Northern Trust Building, a 28,288-square-foot office building on North Florida Avenue, as well as the surrounding block of about half an acre of land, a surface parking lot.
The brothers were already the operators of the lot through their national parking and valet company, Seven One Seven Parking Services Inc.
