Fans of Town Restaurant and Kaimuki Superette can look forward to a new Ed Kenney restaurant opening in Honolulu's Kaimuki neighborhood this April.
Inspired by the Hawaiian meaning of Waialae, Kenney named his new restaurant Mud Hen Water.
Mud Hen Water will be open in the evenings to complement breakfast and lunch hours at Kenney's other restaurants. Its "farm-to-table" menu will feature locally sourced meat, fish and produce. The chef says dishes will "celebrate Hawaii's ethnic diversity."
