An 18th Judicial Court judge has awarded Wichita-based BG Products Inc. more than $91 million in a judgment against a former distributor in China.
BG Products manufactures automotive chemicals and additives.
BG Products was awarded $91,034,370, according to court documents(PDF).
The company isn't offering additional comment on the lawsuit.
The suit involves John Tsou, who was doing business as BG of China, and was distributing products for BG in China.
