Arbitration panel orders Lance Armstrong to pay Dallas company $10M

Plano native Lance Armstrong has been ordered to pay a Dallas-based promotions company $10 million in a fraud dispute. A three-man arbitration panel voted 2-1 on Monday that Armstrong should pay SCA Promotions. The panel asked a Texas state court to confirm its decision.
