StraussGroup – a Buffalo-based executive search firm – has acquired a small company that specializes in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical industry recruitment.As part of the deal, Fiorella Search Group founder Nicole Fiorella will join the StraussGroup as managing director. Her expertise will allow the StraussGroup to use its new recruitment outsourcing model in industries where that process is already popular.
