$9.5M Cerner impersonation scheme nets fifth guilty plea

Albert Davis, 56, was the fifth person to plead guilty in a $9.5 million fraud scheme that involved impersonating Cerner Corp. in a series of business and legal activities.

Co-defendants David Hernon, David Tayce, Richard Bryant and Christina Bryant, all from Texas, previously pleaded guilty to their roles in the conspiracy.
