EXCLUSIVE: Construction manager pulls out of Starks building renovation, files suit against owner

A more than $100 million renovation of the Starks Building on Fourth Street is in question following legal challenges filed recently against the company redeveloping the downtown structure.

HH Louisville Starks LP, an affiliate of Delray Beach, Fla.-based Hudson Holdings LLC, has been sued by its former construction manager and a former tenant of the Starks Building.
