Godwin Bowman & Martinez has shut down its office in downtown Houston, its only other office outside of its headquarters in Dallas.The move has been expected, following the wrap up of the Deepwater Horizon trial, where the firm represented Houston-based Halliburton Co. As the trial concluded in 2014, the firm began to wind down its operations from 10 lawyers to two, said Bruce Bowman, shareholder for the firm.
