Foley & Lardner fills hole in Boston office with hires from rival

Foley & Lardner LLP has filled a hole in its Boston office by picking up a trio of labor and employment lawyers from Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky & Popeo PC.

Jim Nicholas and Donald Schroeder are joining the law firm as partners, while Erin Horton comes onboard as a mid-level associate. Nicholas and Schroeder had each spent more than a decade at Mintz before coming to Foley & Lardner in June.

Prior to the hires, Foley & Lardner did not have any lawyers in the labor and employment practice area…
