Colorado IP attorney sentenced to prison and ordered to pay back millions

A former Hunter Douglas intellectual property attorney was sentenced this week to serve nearly 6 years in prison and pay $4.8 million in restitution after he pleaded guilty earlier this year to mail fraud and filing a false income tax return in a scheme in which he bilked the company for nearly $5 million.
