John Breedlove resigned as Imation Corp.'s general counsel, corporate secretary and vice president Wednesday.
Breedlove will receive a $485,344.75 severance payment and signed a "general release of all claims" against Imation (NYSE: IMN), the Oakdale-based tech company disclosed in a regulatory filing.
Imation has sold its Oakdale headquarters campus and is winding down operations in Minnesota, having already cut at least 124 employees in the state.
