
The Missouri Supreme Court ruled that lower courts must enforce arbitration agreements, even if the underlying contract is void under state law.
The ruling is related to a case involving Lashiya Ellis, who in 2013 bought a new car from Jeremy Franklin Suzuki of Kansas City, which failed to pass title to her for the new vehicle.
