The developers behind a proposed convention center hotel in Kansas City are asking to get involved in a lawsuit by a citizens group that wants to force a vote on the project.
KC Hotel Developers LLC said Friday that it filed a motion to intervene in a suit filed by Citizens for Responsible Government. The lawsuit was filed Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court.
