Report: DraftKings continues to operate in NY as appellate court judge grants emergency stay

Just hours after New York daily fantasy sports fans might have thought they'd have to find something else to do, an appellate court judge granted DraftKings and FanDuel an emergency temporary stay, DraftKings' outside council told ESPN.
