
Lockheed Martin Corp. filed a preliminary injunction with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims last week in an attempt to stop Oshkosh's production of the next-generation U.S. Army Humvee.
The move came just days after the U.S. Government Accountability Office dismissed the Bethesda, Md.-based defense giant's bid protest of a $6.7 billion award to Oshkosh Defense, an Oshkosh Corp. (NYSE: OSK) company, for the production of the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV).
