An attorney in Tampa and one in Port Richey were disciplined this week by the Florida Supreme Court, among 22 attorneys in the state.
The Florida Bar is responsible for administering statewide discipline to enforce the state Supreme Court’s rules of professional conduct. Court orders aren’t final until time expires to file a rehearing motion and, if filed, determined. The following attorneys from Tampa Bay were disciplined:
